The purpose of this seminar is to support you in truly experiencing presence in your life and all it encompasses. This can happen through changing your perspective and your way of experiencing reality to a point where you start to live what is, regardless of mental filters and mental noise.
In this “Encounter with Life” we will be working with different meditation techniques mainly based in feeling and relaxing into the moment.
