About the Event
This workshop will allow us to dive deeply into the ancient practice of Hatha Yoga, both in theory and in practice.
The weekend will be framed by Krishna & Beena from Kerala, India, who teach the traditional Hatha Yoga form that has been practiced since pre-vedic times.

Krishna & Beena, yoga teachers and founders of Bodhi Yoga Centre in Kerala, India, are visiting Vienna for the first time. I was so lucky to get to know them during my visit to Kerala in February 2018.
The couple founded Bodhi Centre in 2005 with the vision of creating a space for exchange, peace building and the promotion of a value based lifestyle.
